How to cook: 

Step 1: Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a non-stick pan and place FROZEN Gyozas base side down and spread them out evenly in the non-stick pan then sear for 1 minute.

Step 2: Pour in some water,   enough to reach about 1/3 up the sides of the dumplings. Cook the Gyozas for 8 minutes on medium high heat or until water has evaporated.


Please consume within 3 days once defrosted.

Pork Dumpling

  • Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Pork, Cabbages, Spring Onions, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Canola Oil, Sesame Oil, Yeast, Rice Wine, Ginger, Garlic, Pepper.
